- Provide a scale drawing for your project

- Provide and compact a 4” base using limestone #53s or recycled crushed concrete
- Install 2’x2′ rebar grid
- Pour 5” 5000 psi fiber reinforced concrete with limestone using E5™
- Use integrally colored concrete
- Use a powdered release (not liquid) that is permanently embedded into the concrete
- Cut control joints that will not exceed 10 ft
- Seal with a color enhancing, penetrating sealer that does not leave a heavy film and is less slippery
- Back fill the over dig with top soil
- Apply Landscaper’s Blend seed and erosion blanket
- Clean your property at job completion and pressure wash your driveway if used

The Process
- • We only ask for a $500 down payment so you feel comfortable. We do not need 50% down until we actually show up with machinery to start.
- Scale drawings provided at the beginning of the project, so you know exactly what to expect.
- We pull and pay for all standard permits and have the utilities marked.
- We offer HOA application assistance, if needed.
- Yard damage is kept to a minimum because we provide up to 100’ of plywood path for our machine at no extra charge.
- No need to worry about the surrounding area. We protect it all from concrete splatters.
- When the job is over, we clean up your property – including pressure washing the driveway, if it was used.
The Product
- Excavate and dispose of debris.
- Set forms using decorative stone form liners on steps and landings
- Provide and compact 4” base with #53’s or recycled crushed concrete.
- Concrete mix used is 5” of 5000psi integral colored 6 bag cement (no fly ash), limestone with fiber.
- Powdered release (not liquid release).
- Control will not exceed 10’ between joints.
- Backfill concrete project over-dig with topsoil, seed and erosion blanket.
